Macroalgae question please

I just bought some Maiden Hair fern and Sea lettuce from Liveraquaria. The Maiden Hair fern seem not to do so well. It is that hard to grow the Maiden Hair fern? I have the Maiden Hair fern under my 250W MH 10,000K bulb. Flow is decent. What could be the problem?

how long have you had it for? from my experience it's not too difficult and long as your parameters are in check

I'm parameters are in check. I had the macro about 1 week now.

Parameters for a planted tank are different then a reef tank. Can you post your levels so we can help you better. To much flow for that macro will inhibit growth and cause it to get blown off the rock too IME.
