Macroalgae & water quality

Hello all ~ I added a small in tank fuge to my 54 Gal tank -I am having some Phospates & nitrates problems & thought adding Chaeto & Grape Cerlapa would be a good way to remove them naturaly .
How long should it take for me to see results - improved water quality ?

It depends on how much light and water flow your algae are getting. Adding an iron supplement may also be helpful as marine waters are often iron limited. The more light, the faster they will grow (within reason). Neither of those algae will have a huge impact on phosphates. You may want to use something like phosban or rowaphos in conjuction with the algae.
