Everything is plumbed and ready to go RO/DI water is in the tank. Go to turn my brand new MAG 12 on....NOTHING. It will not come on. took the cover off and found the white ceramic shaft was split in half. Needless to say my heart was/is a little broken. Been looking forward to getting this tank up and running.

I called marinedepot (where I ordered it from) and they are shipping me a new impellar assembly and it should be here by Sat. or monday at the latest.

I guess I could rinse my new substrate while I wait. (Oh Joy ) :rollface:
