Mag Pellets precipitate

Hello all,

I am making Mag solution using Randy's two part as shown here:

I am using Recipe #2, Part 3A. After mixing 3 cups of mag sulfate(BRS) and five cups of Mag sulfate (Deadsea works Mag Pellets), the water is not clear. I see a lot of residue, powdery stuff in the solution. Is this normal?

It may dissolve more in a day or so. try a little heat

It's normal for the magnesium mix to be "slushy". Just shake and dose. Some of it likely is calcium sulfate, which is fine to dose.
