Magenta Magnifica

Mine looks blue at times. It depends on how the light is hitting it.

I guess that makes sense. Is it normally a purple color?

The supplier sent two purple based specimens and no magenta as promised.
Oh well, I took both purples home and acclimated them. I'll see how they look tomorrow afternoon and post pics then.

Very nice does any one know were i can find a purple base i have been looking up and down the easy coast for 3 weeks for one like this

Yes, I would say it's more purple than anything else.

Holy carp! thats a lotta anemones. I need to get back to work on my DIY waterbed with helium filled tubes and internal wavemaker. Someday I will sell millions

Anemone is doing great by the way. It seems to prefer stronger current and a little less light than others I've owned and the tentacles have lengthened considerably. It has lost the white tips as I expected it would though
