Hello, it is time to change my Magnavore 2ER magnet glass cleaner pads. My question is simple. I have a glass aquarium but can I use the acrylic pads for replacement that came with my magnet? Considering acrylic is softer I wouldn't think it is a problem. The inside velcro pad looks and feels the same. The outside pad is a thicker white pad for acrylic instead of a thin blue felt pad . I usually use a shamwow to buff the outside anyways. I just don't want to scratch my glass. Replacements for glass are cheap but I have had this spare set for acrylic that came with it just waiting to be used. Thanks for the input.
