Magnesium question?

I'm currently using Instant Ocean salt mix and I always like to keep my parameters as such:
Ca 410ppm
Alk 10dKh
Mg 1300 ppm

For every water change (15g) I only need to add 1 tsb of CaCl and 1/2 tsb of baking soda to get the Ca/Alk up to my parameters. My Question is...using the chemistry calculator I have to add over 100g of Mg (SeaChem Mg builder)...is this correct? Is Mg the major supplement needed in terms of quantity? If so what is the best generic supplement I should buy..that is cheap..100g of the SeaChem will cost me 2 bucks every water change.

I would recommend other brands of magnesium supplement (ESV, Kent, or MAG Flake or pellet de-icer from Home Depot) over the Seachem brand.

That said, it takes a huge amount of all of them to raise magnesium significantly.
