magnet problem

the magnet on the wet side wobbles alot. i found this out while cleaning it because it was making more noise than usual. i tried to tighten the screw but failed because it wont get any tighter than it already is. what can i do?

oh, i should also add that on low speeds, it makes a reallly loud..cracking noise? and on high speeds, its pretty darn silent.
