Why is it so hard to kill? Is there a way to rid my display of it without tearing it apart?

Any help or advise appreciated.

It's toxic for most marine life to consume, so few things will eat it.

It's a desirable algae. You could pull it out and sell it, no problem.

Are you sure its maidens hair and not green hair algae? Two completly different things...

Absolutly.

what you can do to kill it is put boil some ro water in the microwave and shoot the hot water out of a turky baster and should kill it up good, thats what i use on pest anemoes and larger brissleworms
