Maintaining cycle

Started cycle on 8/27. Still waiting for nitrites to come down to zero, which I expect will happen in the next several days. My problem/ question is this,
I will be going on vacation for 10 days starting this Sunday. Can I just leave the tank as is? Do I have to add more ammonia to sustain the bacteria that have already developed?
I am hoping to add fish in 2-3 weeks (from now) and just worried about screwing up the cycle and having to start over.

So just leave everything as is ?

What are you doing for freshwater top offs to replace whats evaporated? (the salt doesn't evaporate so you top off with fresh RO/DI water.. just making sure you know that..)..
Got an ATO (auto top off)setup already?

Thats really all you would want to do to ensure salinity stays constant..

I've been topping off manually with rodi water every day or two
Someone will be coming over daily to feed my cats so they will top off for me.
I will eventually get an ATO but my next big expenses will be lights and fish, hopefully!
