Maintaining quality clean water in my Qt tank

How to maintain great water quality in my Qt tank while treating?
I have done water changes, run filters and power heads way more then reccomended but seems like since I started treating with prazi my water seems a bit cloudy.
Also my fish are no where near as active which I thought would happen with copper but not the prazi. They still eat nori.
My main concern is just keeping great water quality and just looking for advise on that.

How much Prazi did you dose? How big is your qt? I've used Prazi for years and it makes the water cloudy when it's dosed but clears up within minutes. Are you treating the qt with anything else?
