Maintenance Checklist?

Does anyone have a daily/weekly/monthly/annual maintenance checklist that they could share with us newbies? I'd love to get on a good schedule.

Depends 100% on your setup/equipment list and quite frankly the age/growth rate of coralline algae,etc.. in your system..
One who accumulates coralline algae on powerheads rapidly will need to clean them more often that one that does not..

Too many variables..

I used an app called wunderlist, and as I completed something like cleaning, dosing, etc, I entered into the app....in a couple of months I had a list that reminded me what I had to do.
Every tank is different, every hobbist sees things slightly different...

Cleaning:

Glass - every few days with a Mag Float with scraper attachment
Skimmer cup - weekly (depending on how dirty
Filter Pads - Blue/White mechanical & Poly Filter changed monthly
Substrate - vacuum with water changes
Water Changes - every 2-4 weeks
Wave Makers - every 4-6 weeks (disassembled & cleaned in Vinegar/RODI Solution)
Return Pump - removed and run in Vinegar/RODI solution for 45 min once or twice annually
Sump - cleaned out and vacuumed at same time Return Pump is cleaned

Surely I'm forgetting something but that just about covers the basics. Totally system dependent however due to many factors.

This is a wonderful checklist that I use and you can plot and graph every along the way to help see successes and errors.

If you want to get fancy, Aquarimate is a really great app for your phone/tablet. It cost me $10, but I think that's pretty cheap compared to most things in this hobby.

I like it! Seems primarily focused on tracking dosing schedule (and I have no corals) but will get it and mess around with it.

+1 for aquarimate. You can schedule all maintenance and also take pictures of fish and coral and track their growth.

It keeps track of pretty much everything. You can set up tasks, keep track of parameters, take pictures, etc, etc. You can even generate reports to see how parameters have changed over time. It's nifty.
