Maintenance kit needed

Hi I have an MP40W and it seems the plastic screw broken. How do I get support for your product for this simple part?

There aren't any maintenance kits available anymore. You may have to ether find a replacement online somewhere, or upgrade to the QD.

I would give them a call and ask. Maybe someone there could find that one single part laying around somewhere.

Both good bits of advice. I'll mention that you wouldn't have to upgrade the entire pump, but getting just the QD wet side would have you running again.

If you can't find it from Ecotech there is a plastic screw that is awfully close available from McMaster Carr. Assuming yours is the same as mine I posted the part number in here along with the thread spec. and length sometime is the last month or two.
You might even be able to find a compatible part at an Ace or similar smaller hardware store.
