What is the best method to remove majano.Does it require manually removing or is there something that will eat them?

it depends on how many you've got. if it's just a handful, I'd try to either manually remove them or use something to inject in them to kill them (something like kalk paste, joe's juice, etc.). I've read reports of various creatures eating them (some fish, such as butterflies, as well as some shrimp), but that's never a guarantee.
