Major dilemma....

As I stated the other day, I added a pair (small juveniles) of b&w ocellaris into the tank that my picasso pair are in. It's my anemone-only tank. Has 6 BTA's, so plenty of room for everyone.

I actually added them by necessity (was putting together my nano), but am thinking of keeping them there. Thoughts?

For the first day, the picassos chased the ocellaris around a little, but now they are tolerating each other. In fact, the picassos are actually spending more time together as a pair. The ocellaris are swimming together (hopefully pairing off) and still aren't hosting, but not sure that means anything.

So, my questions are...

1. Will having the two pairs in the tank keep either from spawning?
2. Should I move the ocellaris?
3. I'm somewhat concerned that having so many anemones is going to keep the picassos from spawning. Any chance of that?

Thanks for your help!

Ocellaris will tolerate other clownfish to a certain extent but I would move them due to the fact you have perculas in the tank as well. 55 gallons is about the territory size of a full grown clownfish. They will kill eachother.

I would have to say pretty positively that they will not spaun, and there is the possibility that the percs have told them that all the anemones are theirs and therefore won't host.

I would remove the occ. clowns and place them in another tank.
