Making Garlic Tips

Does anybody make their own garlic to soak their food in. The garlic extreme is somewhat pricey. Just wondering if someone has found an alternative. Thanks for your time.

In the past, I used the minced garlic in the jar from the grocery store. I would use the juice from the jar as well as the the little minced garlic chuncks.

I used a juicer to make a big batch - just put the garlic in and froze the jiuce on foil - easy to break a bit off and use--
but when I used it to soak Cyclopeeze, it smelled so much like human food that for some reason almost made me sick and I haven't garlicked again

I use a garlic press and dilute the whole lot in some DI water. Works great. You need fresh every few months if you keep it sealed in the fridge.

i just ground a clove up in the blender and added a bunch of mysis and brine shrimp, as well as some flake food, and various zoo and phytoplanktons, poured the whole lot into one of those mini-ice cube trays, and froze it. I drop a chunk in the tank every day or 2.
