If you are referring to Brooklynella, then no. Formalin dips are the preferred treatment for brook.

Nt sure vincent. I had one clown die after going pale and then swimming on its side, just want to treat my remaining one with the common problems.

Brook is a common disease for clownfish.

You can dip in Formalin for Brook, then treat with ParaziPro for parasites then do Tank Transfers for ich.

But with out identifying the actual disease, we are just guessing and trying to cover as many bases as we can.

Ive already treated with Malachite Green this evening as suggested by my lfs. I will pick some formalin up tomoz. I dipped my fish for 45 mins then but in another qt tank with fresh saltwater how long should i now wait before medicating with formalin?
