Male Laoutei wrasse with popeye (injured?)

Hi, I have a 4 1/2 inch male laboutei wrasse that I got about 4 days ago, thanks to my bully lanceolatus which is going to be sold tommorrow my laboutei developed a bulging right eye which I am still trying to determine if its a disease related or injury related running away from my lanceolatus. If its a disease which medication would you recommend? if its a injury which medication do you recommend. I really love this fish and would like to save his eye. Thanks.

If it's a disease, you treat with an antibiotic that will penetrate inside of the fish.
