I have had a pair of Watanabie Angels in qt since 2/3/14. The male has two nodules on his tail that will not go away. He is fat and eating well.
Here are some photos and the meds so far:
2/3 Prazi Pro
2/22 Prazi Pro
2/23 Melafix
2/24 PimaFix
3/3 Melafix
3/7 PraziPro
3/30 PraziPro
4/2 PraziPro
2/25 Started Cupermine
Continued adding Cupermine, Hit .50 on 3/15.
Been in .53 Cupermine from 3/16-Today 4/27.
Here are the photos of the two nodules. There appear to be two protruding bumps with a small tear behind them. They have not gotten any better or worse in the past 2 1/2 months.
Does anyone know what they are and how to treat them? Do I need to use some type of antibiotic? I have Maracyn Plus, Maracyn Two, Trisulfa, Maracyn and Paraguard on hand and will order whatever I might need to treat him.

He also has a small white mark a bit further up on his tail. The female is fine and has not caught anything from him.
Thanks!
Joyce
