Manado live rock leaching phosphates

I recently purchased 80#'s of manado cured live rock. I put the rock in a 32 gallon brute for a couple of weeks to make sure the rock was indeed "cured" I began testing after about a week and indeed ammonia and nitrite were at 0 testing every couple of days. However phosphates were at .35. I did a complete water change and a couple of days later again it was again at .3. I checked my salt mix and I got a .01 with Hanna low range 736. Is this normal for the rock.to.be leaching so much. I am restarting my tank and don't want an algae problem in my hands 2 months later. Thanks

Besides the P04 problem, how are the colors and shape?
I may do the uncured.
