Can I keep 2 manderins (one target, one psycadelic// green//blu//red?) together.... what if they are from ORA?

Yes, that is the best case. larger tanks increase the odds in your favor.

I know a guy that had a pair of each in a 29g nano. Now I know this isn't the norm but it can be done. Imo you would have the best luck with 2 females.
