mandiran fin rot or something?

He was doing great the last two days and all the sudden today I noticed he hasn't move to much he is still breathing but doesn't look good. look like he has dead skin or shedding/flaking molting/rot or something on him.. heres a pic and a pic from two days ago.. wth?

I have a QT tank and prazi pro and I did put in him QT for a few weeks and prazi before putting him in my DT... should I try to catch him and put him back? Should I dose my DT with prazi?

In the first picture he looks fine. The other pictures are too blurry to be of any use.

The first picture is him basically 1-2 days ago perfectly fine.. today he looks like he has brooklynella or something..
