Mantis in Atlantis!

Atlantis Aquarium in Fremont,CA has a really nice mantis right now. About 2-3", nice blue-green with what looks like white meral spots. $21.99, just saw him today.

If that's the same one I've seen they've had it for a while now. Its more like 4", blue green color. They're keeping it in one of those tiny cubes. I was wondering what species it is.

I would love too, but my girlfriend would kill me. It took a long time to approve the one i got now.

I picked up the one in Atlantis. He is the coolest light shade of blue/green. Going to have to get a pic and have him ID'd...

Probably a Wennerae... not a smithii.

I couldn't resist.....


HE is quite fiesty as Joleen will attest to. Wasn't happy when I got him out of his little box.....
