mantis in my aggresive tank

I got this mantis in the floridad keys wile diving I put him or her in my tank like 3 or 4 m a go last week he show up a live I din`t know that he make a live wish all the bad fish that i have like Vtail grouper, lion fish,cuban hog ext ext but here is
