Mantis Tank Setup?

what do i need for a good tank setup for a mantis? all this saltwater aquerium stuff is confusing me

Depends on what kind of mantis you are getting, but in general you might think of adding a sand bed or crushed coral with some nice sized rocks in the tank. Mantis shrimps are very hardy so you don't have to worry to much. Also I would recommend some type of filter and maybe a minni powerhead.
