I have found that my N.wenn won't mess with larger snails. Its like he won't let his eyes get bigger than his stomach.
The inverted pop bottle is probably the easiest to make. You essentially cut the bottle in half, invert the top half and shove it into the bottom half, forming a funnel leading into the bottle. Then bait it with something tasty.
