Mantle bleaching

I've had this Baby Maxima for a few weeks and it has some bleaching in spots. I've had a bit of trouble dialing in my CA reactor latly so it's been a bit low. Other than that it looks heathy to me but this is my first clam so what do I know. Any thoughts?

the clam is extending its mantle fine. if your talking about the white/tan spots that you can see in 3 or 4 spots, that may just be the natural color pattern of the clam. is there any way to get a clear top down shot?
