While my experience with Marine Depot for hard goods has been excellent, I must confess that I don't order live items from them. I have incredible success with Live Aquaria (Dr. F & S). In one case, where I disputed their identification of an animal, they offered to give me full credit even though the fish was (and is) swimming in my tank. (Of course what they sent was extremely rare so I got a great deal) In the rare cases where something died, there was an immediate no questions refund. So, given the relative merits of the two customer service philosophies, it is difficult NOT to order from Live Aquaria.
