Marine Depot made it right (shipping screw up)

I sent in an order recently for a couple hundred dollars worth of stuff and took advantage of the free shipping. Part of the order included 500 mL of Rowaphos. The Rowaphos was on back order so it didn't ship with the rest of my stuff.

After a short while, the Rowaphos came in and MD shipped it out to me by UPS. I tracked it online. It said delivered to my door but it wasn't there.

I called MD up and said I never got it. They said it would take 8 days to resolve. UPS ended up not being able to track it or find it.

I get an e-mail and a phone call yesterday (on a Friday, late afternoon), that they will be shipping me some new Rowaphos that afternoon and I will get it tomorrow (which is today) by FedEx next day. Shipped Friday afternoon from CA, and arrived at my house in NW IL by 3 p.m. Saturday at no additional charge.

Now that's what I call service. Two thumbs up.
