marine snow?

it will be fine because there is nothing in it to die. the small amount of phytoplankton that is in the bottle is usually dead before it gets to the LFS shelf.

PS customanimalart: nice artwork!!

I accidentally left my marine snow out overnight. Has it gone bad now or can I still use it? It says to refrigerate after opening.

yes, it's always "gone bad"

Thanks for the compliment!

So, is marine snow "worthless" as the phyto is dead anyways? What is the best thing to get zoanthids to explode in growth? I also have "reef bugs" but have rarely used it.

I have 4 t-5's (two 10,000K) for lighting. (the Nova Extreme t-5 fixture)

I love zoas and have alot of frags that I want to start filling out and grabbing onto the LR.
;)

marine snow has more preservatives than food in the bottle.

Ask any "expert" (for I am merely a hobbyist) and I'm sure they'll agree..frozen or live is better...marine snow is just a more of a reason to do a water change...
