I was bummin this past week thinking that I had a case of marine velvet outbreak in my tank. I had a couple of fish die from what appeared to be ick/ velvet, but having had ick before, was kind of ruling that out, but I treated the tank with prazipro, and everything seems to be clearing up and none of my many other fish appears to be getting sick. My parameters are good and doesn't velvet wipe out all of your fish? I also thought that velvet would kill your whole tank quick, and it's been a week with no other fish getting whatever it was.
