Marine Velvet

I purchased a anthia about two weeks ago and yesterday I noticed a white fuzzy patch on him. It seems to have spread and in reading the threads seems as if it's a fungus. I'm going to have to QT him but also have a carpenters wrasse and a fire fish in the tank that show no signs. Is this contagious and do I need to QT all three fish?

I would Qt the affected fish only. True fungus is actually rare. Treat with furan2.
