On Friday 1/27, I place an order online for to fish, and asked for Tuesday delivery. I never receive any confirmation that they had gotten the order. I checked my CC online and saw a temp charge. On Monday I emailed Marinedepotlive trying to find out if I was going to get a shipment on Tuesday, finally got a reply on Tuesday at about the same time that a package showed up at my door. Thank God I had no plans or I would have not been their to get it and they would have claimed that I was at fault for not receiving the package. The fish look good, the price was good, but communication was very poor. Would have to think twice before ordering again.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you placed your order online it does ask for your email address and you receive a comfirmation email from the system right away. It might be possible that there was a mistake in the email address. Also if we received your email late afternoon on Monday you package most likely shipped out as they do go Priority overnight.
