Mark on Clownfish

See attached. A random mark showed up on my clownfish. Any ideas on what it could be? It is eating fine. Behaving a usual. It only has one mark.

Only changes are:

1. The clown has been hosting a torch for the past 2 weeks or so. Could it have gotten stung?

2. I used Aiptasia X this week on a few small aiptasia

Should I be concerned about this mark?

Parameters are normal.

Water: 35PPT
Cal: 420, Alk: 9, Mag- 1350
Phos: < than .10

Assuming you have had this fish for more than a month, I would say the odds are pretty good it may have gotten stung. By the way the torch coral hosts the clownfish not vice versa. (think hotel hosting guests)

I've had it for about 5 months.
