ive got 2 maroon clowns about an inch long in a 46 gal, im upgrading to a 75 in the next few weeks and the guy i got the maroons from also has tomatoes the same size and didnt know if i could put them both in the tank together and have them get along since theyd grow up together

I wouldnt...If you do, get your popcorn ready. Both fish have bad tempers, maybe docile when they are smaller but will quickly battle, royale style

haha sounds good i didnt think so but didnt know if getting them small and letting them grow together would put a damper on their tempers

Glad to hear they are still alive and well! I would have tried to talk you out of mixing them had you inquired about it, now putting a pair in your wifes tank could be the solution.

yea they're doing great grown a bunch, and I didn't think ao but I figured i d run it by here first then ask you...she only wants ocellaris clowns! Whenever your black clowns breed again let me know I want to grab a pair of them too!

I have some perculas that laid eggs last nice. Look very very close to Occ's. She'd like 'em. Will talk when they're a bit older. Glad to hear they are doing well. They were a tad on the young side (2 months old) but it sounds like you got them eating.

I'm here most of all so feel free to shoot me PM's with questions.

Take Care

hmm give me a shout when they get bigger I'll head over and check em out, and yea they've had a nice frozen diet of spirulina brine shrip, plankton, cyclops and emerald entrees so they've been well fed lol they're also getting a nice deep color to them as well
