Depends. Are we talking about the 75g or 55g in your signature? If so, I'd say probably not in the long-term. Chances are as the maroon grows, she'll become territorial enough to show aggression towards all her tankmates, and a tiny angel (feisty as they may be) will make an easy target.
I keep my maroon pair separated from all the other fish, in their own tank, because I had a pair of saddlebacks (nearly as nasty as maroons) that started killing off tankmates when they matured. Everything was fine for a time, and then one day they just decided the entire 65g tank belonged to them and everyone else (dwarf angels included) had to go. I don't think I'll ever try to keep maroons or saddlebacks with other fish in anything less than a 6' tank, and don't recommend it to others because of what I experienced. Other people may have had long-term success keeping maroons and angels in a 55g or 75g - if so, and you can replicate anything specific that they're doing in order to make it work, it might be worth a try.
