maroon clown breeding nymphos

i have a pair of maroons that i've had for about 4 or 5 years, ones a gold stripe and the other is normal...i recently moved them into a different tank into my room. well since they're in my room, i see them a lot more. i noticed that they are breeding every week for the past month to month and a half. is this normal? also they fan the sand like crazy...is there anyway to get them to stop? i bought a bubble tip anemone thinking it would help but it hasn't.

What was the BTA suposed to do, tell them to get a room?LOL
All normal, and my clowns fan at base of both my hosting nems.
