Maroon Clown Cloudy Eye

I've seen a few threads on this with varying diagnoses. Was hoping the pictures might help a little (sorry for the poor quality). At first it was just cloudy and a bit puffy (few days ago) and I read that it was most likely from a physical altercation and should get better with time. However, I noticed yesterday it's really raised now and looks awful. Any recommendations? Should I be quarantining and treating him? I have a 5 gallon I could try and setup as a treatment tank.

Thanks for any help.

No real other symptoms I've seen. I have a webcam on mine and I just watched it and I don't see any other signs. I can see it's being a bit more protective and hiding under the bubble coral more, but it still comes out to eat. Also, never had an issue with the fish before, seemed perfectly healthy. I'm not sure my Maroons ever properly paired though as they tend to push each other away from the bubble coral and almost lock mouths. I've never seen them attack each other though.

I've had many fish get cloudy eye-pop eye, and if the fish is otherwise healthy, 90% of the time it heals up on its own. Occasionally it doesn't. and I've had a few one-eyed fish.

I would get him into quarantine. I have heard that sulfa based medications may work on this particular situation. I am unsure about that, but hopefully some of the experts will chime in soon.

So it never went away and looks like it's gotten worse. I'm not even sure if his eye is still really intact. It also looks like it may have spread, but it may be that he's rubbed against some rocks and that's what the worn/white spots are on. It appears the females eye is messed up too. It's only on his one side, his other side is perfectly fine. I have them both in quarantine. Any suggestions for medication?
