I was wondering if anyone has a maroon clown that is hosting something other than a BTA or other type of anemone? Does anyone have one that is using a LPS coral for a host? I've seen pics of perculas and other clowns doing so but how about maroons? the reason I ask is my maroons anemone died and I'm not too keen to get another one. I know they don't need the anemone but if they would go in something else I think that would be cool. I know I'm anthropomorphizing a bit but she seems really sad now. I have both frogspawn and torch coral in my tank (euphilias seem to be the non-anemone host of choice) but shes not convinced. How strong is their need to host?
