Maroon Clown Tank Size

Hi there, I'm new to the hobby, though I'm bringing some experience from the FW side of things, but I'm in the process of planning out my tank (starting with what species I intend to stock). I have a 30 gallon bowfront tank and I was hoping to have a Maroon Clownfish (Premnas biaculeatus) in the tank along with a bubbletip anemone (Entacmaea quadricolor).

I'd like to think of myself as being a conscientious aquarist so I want to make sure I provide an adequate home for these species. The print and online literature seems to vary with regard to what the minimum tank size is for this species - some say 30 gallons others say 40. I was curious if anyone with experience with these species could perhaps weigh in on whether or not I should move forward with this plan given that I have a 30 gallon tank or if I should nix it because it would simply be too small.

Also, I was curious if there is anywhere that one can obtain tank-bread Maroon clowns or Bubbletip anemones...

Thanks so much!

there are any places to find tank bred maroons try live aquaria.com or any LFS that sells ORA clownfish.

a 30 is in truth pushing it.:( female maroons get really big as they get old and i think a 40BR 36x1x16 is just a much better size for the clown and the anemone. More space for the fish to swim and feel comfterble long term. Much better to aquascape because of the depth.
they are easy to light. A single metal halide over the center works perfect, they are a great tank.

my tank is similar in size but 18 inches tall and i really think its perfect for a clown/anemone tank.
