I have a large maroon clown that I have had for about 3 months, my water quality has suffered recently. It is however recovering, but these spots look like dried up saltwater, and it hasn't been eating like normal. Still all over his anemone. i just noticed it yesterday, I have been doing large water changes to get the water back in line. Nitrates are still high, and there is some ammonia in the water. Everything else is OK now, not great but OK.
Does anyone know what these spots are?
