Maroon clownfish

Hello,
So I started a 20 L gallon saltwater tank approximately 6 months and 3 weeks ago as of today.

My tank has four aerators. Two filters consisting of a HOB filter and a fluval 106 canister filter. Two powerheads also help increase the level of oxygen into my tank.

I have approximately 18lbs of live rock. I have a sandbed that was made from live argonite sand I purchased six months and 3 weeks ago. It was approximately 20lbs.

My water temperature is approximately 83 degrees.

My salinity is about 1026, but it might be a little higher than that.

I also have a small cleaner crew (consisting of mostly snails, a few hermit crabs) but around 11 or 12 members.

(I currently feed my fish different flake foods I bought it); and though I have pellets the two times I've tried already to feed it pellets, it seemed these pellets (even crushed) were too big for it's mouth yet.

Lastly, right my red maroon is still a juvenile I think. I think it has grown since I got it, but it still has white stripes instead of yellow and it isn't that big.

Anyway so my first question is, eventually should I try to feed it frozen foods instead of just different flake foods?

2. I'm also wondering if feeding this fish twice a day is too much?

3. If it isn't (as the fish guides on these flake foods state it is not), I'm wondering how much flake food should I feed it in one sitting, as it seems to want to eat as much as it can get at one time?

I am wondering though if too much of even good food for it can be a bad thing (even if the fish is young and is still growing?)

4. I'm wondering (since my tank is now heading to 7 months) when it finally hits 1 year should I gradually replace some of the sandbed with new sand?

5.I'm wondering too if this fish could ever be paired with any other fish, or is it too late? I think it has declared the entire tank as it's territory.

First evidence of this, it has chosen a spot within the tank (near a big chunk of live rock) as what I would call it it's bedroom. It sleeps in this little area, and generally hangs around it even awake most of the day.

Second piece of evidence that supports it has declared this tank as it's own. I noticed a few times when I put my fingers in the aquarium, even just a bit in any random spot near the surface, sensing it, it would change it's stance of just swimming in one spot, and go directly around my fingers, and move back and forth, almost as if this was some sort of ritual dance it was doing for me to back the #$%! off?

Last question: I hope I can keep this fish for a long time to come, but I might eventually have to unfortunately give it up, do to a move. If I have to move and I can't take care of it anymore, I'm wondering what would be a good way of capturing it, so I can put it in a temporary fish bag and give it to someone else who can give it a home?

Ok thank you for any help to any of my questions

1. I would feed it as much variety of food as you can

2. Feed more periodically with smaller amounts is usually better

3. I don't feed flaked foods just frozen, pellets, and seaweed but if the food is able to settle on the sand bed (assuming it sinks) you are feeding to much. Or a common rule of thumb is how much a fish can eat in 2 min

4. No the older the San the more "live" it is will beneficial organism that help sustain you tank, your sand bed along with live rock can play a crucial role in biological filtration so don't take it out

5. I'd say so since it's obviously the dominant fish and has been alone for so long it is by now for surely a female, so if you were to buy another small maroon clown most likely it will be a male and they should pair off

6. By just taking the rock out and using a net would be by far the easiest in your situation

6.
