maroon clowns and inverts

I'm planning on setting up a 30 gallon (24x24x12) for a pair of maroons. I know these fish are aggressive so there won't be any other fish in the set-up, but I want to make sure that the rest of the inhabitants are also safe.

Stocking plan:

2x Maroon Clown w/ Bubble Tip (This is a natural host, yes?)
2x Sally Light Foot Crab
1x Echinometra urchin
2x Blood Fire Shrimp.

I've heard of dotty backs taking the heads off of shrimp, and am curious if anybody has seen this happen with maroon clowns before?

The only problems I've experienced with maroons in the past is them physically moving inverts. I used to have a female that would move hermits by grabbing them in her mouth and spitting them on the other side of the tank when the got too close to her territory.
