Hey everyone,

Hope all is well with you , I have a question that maybe you can help me with. I just bought a mated pair of maroon clown's [ believe wild pair ] I dripped them into my tank yesterday and they went right to my bubble tip anemone quickly, and have stayed there since. They seem very happy..eating good and seem to not bother any other fish in the tank. Do you Think they will mate? Never had maroon clowns before any would like to know if there are any possibilty of have baby maroons...any if they did mate what are the chances of any survival's

Thanks for any help with my question

There's always a possibility that they'll breed, as long as they're fed well enough.
As for the little buggers' survival rate, that's another ball of wax.
You could/should do a search with gold stripe maroons in the title, narrowed down to the breeding or clownfish forums and you should come up with tons of information.

wow, that male is huge!!! 90% of the ones I have seen were maybe 1/4 of the females size! If they do mate they will need to settle for a while. Give them about a year to settle in. During this time read everything you can to get ready for some eggs.
