I mean pairing a maroon with an ocellaris
Oh. In that case of course! No idea what the success rate is, but you can definitely pair them up.

I tried. Everyone advised me to stop and get one of them out of there. My ocellaris was clearly showing dominance over the maroon and gave him daily beatings but my maroon wasnt mature then and had no reason to fight back. I eventually got rid of the ocellaris after I added a yellow watchman goby, royal gramma, and a purple firefish which the ocellaris then decided those 3 fish did not deserve to live. GOOD LUCK!

Yea I did! I lost a few other fish in the past (mysteriously) after watching him kill the last fish I now suspect he was the culprit behind all the killings in my tank. If so that ocellaris brought atleast $150 back to my lfs. His aggression is what gave me hope that he could withstand whatever the maroon threw at him"
And by "him" I mean whatever this clown was lol
