Mars frag swap grand prize tank and stand

Looking great! Your talking about how tall the ladder is, I'm over here trying to look at what's in your other tank from the reflection! Lol

Lol. A lot of my zoas are not going into the new system. Going to try to just put just pieces I want to keep in the new tank.

Well, it's been a long time since this post has seen any activity. The tank had gone through a cycle with no live rock or live sand. Everything was completely dead so I will try to keep pest out of my tank. My current tank only has bubble alge which is not that bad compaired to flat worms or something of that nature. Work has been very busy so I have been slacking on things like a light holder. But I'm excited to start to add corals to my tank. I'm still on the fence on adding sand and the only fish I have that are going in the new tank are my paired snowflake clowns. So I feel comfortable with a whole tank move. Once I have my tank moved over, I'm hoping I can do it this weekend, I'll have a 72 bow front tank, an hob octopus skimmer and a tek t5 ho light for sale.

Was told that the test were the same. The only diffrence was the sw had diffrent kind of tests included. I have another sw test kit but I lost the nitrate packets. Doesn't have ammonia or nitrite. Best I have the Lfs test to make sure my readings are accurate.

Tank update. Since I posted last I have added the coral and added a reefkeeper lite which I love! I had a ammonia issue and found that the live rock from my old system that I put in the sump had a lot of die off causing the ammonia spike. I removed the rock and now my ammonia level is almost down to zero in a day. Now it is ready for some more fish!!! All the fish that are in there now are three green chromis, two mates snowflake clowns and a barnacle blenny. I want one or two stunning tangs and a few more beautiful fish. I'm totally up for suggestions. Since this is a mars tank if I get at least 10 suggestions on a tang, I'll get the tang that is suggested the most providing it's under 150.

Once again I want to thank MARS for having the tank in the raffle and thanks to all that helped me piece this beauty together. Thank you... And here comes the best phone pics that I could take.
