Yes, and if you pay an extra 9 dollars when you sign up you are covered for the entrance as well.

Ok, I will signup and pay the Swap admission fee all in one step. If I only have two frags, I think I read on one of the threads that I can pay the difference in cash? Is this still true?

I am ok with that, I just want to make sure. I visited a few shops last weekend to get a third, and I was just overwhelmed on what to get since I am new to this hobby. The prices, even for small frags were way more then the $10 or so I was expecting to pay.

Can I use a Chocolate Starfish for my third frag? lol!

I dont think you are able to pay the difference in cash. I know for sure that Jojos and YR have $10 frags or cheaper! Just try hitting up a few more stores

Nope, you cant pay the difference but their are a lot of people here offering up inexpensive frags you could buy there to give you 3.
