Matching my pH with baking soda.

I was raising my pH with baking soda to match my HT to do a water change, doing a hyposalinity treatment, now it's a bit to high and cloudy. What do I need to do to lower it and what about the cloudiness? Thanks saitoking

Check your alkalinity ASAP, I nuked a tank using washing soda.
