Mate for a single occelaris clown?

i want to pair a clown with my occelaris clown in my 29g. its medium size, and has been alone for months. from what ive read it would have turned female already, so therefore the added clown would turn male. my question is that i want to pair it with a picasso or a snowflake, or something similar to that. are picassos and snowflakes amphiprion occelaris, or amphiprion percula? and would they pair up or would the pattern cause an issue? thanks for any info.

Picassos are A. percula, snowflakes are A. ocellaris. If you paired your clown with a snowflake, that shouldn't cause a problem. They are both the same species.
