Mated Pairs

Does anyone know where to order or purchase mated pairs of picasso clowns? I want to be able to see the pair before I order so I can decide on the markings.

I'm also from Canada.

Personally, I wouldn't waste the money on a mated pair -- just "make" a pair and let natures take its course. However, if you do purchase a mated pair, I would ask for a video of them spawning, or at least a picture. Also, moving to your tank will disrupt their spawning and it could take a while for them to spawn again.

Edit, I have a mated pair of WC percs, but with 2 tank moves in the last 9 months they haven't re-started, so as you can see it can take a while.

I've noticed it's easier to get a couple of the same type of clowns (preferably juvenile) and let them grow up and hopefully they pair up. If they don't...then I keep trying with a new clown till I get a pair! Note: I don't throw away the clown that won't pair up, I trade them at my LFS.
